• Reserve Your Echo Phone
  Once you book your Echo Phone, our team will reach out one month before your event to gather your custom outgoing greeting. We’ll carefully pre-install this greeting so it’s ready for guests to hear as soon as they pick up the receiver. Your Echo Phone will arrive two days before your event date, giving you ample time to prepare. For destination events, simply contact us, and we’ll arrange all necessary accommodations.

 

• Receive and Test Your Echo Phone
  When your Echo Phone arrives, we recommend testing it ahead of time so you’re comfortable with the setup. On the big day, simply place the phone in a high-traffic area like the welcome table or bar to invite guests to leave their messages. Each rental includes a 6x8” guestbook sign on sturdy card stock to guide guests on how to leave their messages (frame not included).

 

• Capture Heartfelt Messages
