Reserve Your Echo Phone

Once you book your Echo Phone, our team will reach out one month before your event to gather your custom outgoing greeting. We’ll pre-install this greeting so it’s ready for guests to hear as soon as they pick up the receiver. Your Echo Phone will arrive two days before your event, giving you ample time to prepare. For destination events, simply contact us, and we’ll arrange all necessary accommodations.

 

Receive and Test Your Echo Phone

When your Echo Phone arrives, we recommend testing it ahead of time so you’re comfortable with the setup. On the big day, simply place the phone in a high-traffic area like the welcome table or bar to invite guests to leave their messages.

 

Capture Heartfelt Messages - Near & Far

During your event, guests will enjoy the nostalgic experience of picking up the phone and leaving their well-wishes and memories for you to cherish.

 

Have family & friends who can’t attend in person? No problem! Your rental includes a Dial-In phone number, allowing loved ones to leave messages from anywhere using their own phone.

 

• Two days before your event, we’ll provide a toll-free number and a unique event extension.
• Guests simply dial in from their own phone, enter your extension, and leave their heartfelt message.
• After your event, we seamlessly integrate all dial-in messages with your Echo Phone recordings into a single, professionally edited audio file.

 

Return and Receive Your Edited Audio

After your event, pack the Echo Phone securely in the provided box using the pre-paid return label, reusing the foam for safe shipping. Once we receive it, our team will work their magic, professionally editing all recordings, including dial-in messages, into a single, high-quality audio file that you’ll treasure for a lifetime.
